Carpentry Foreman

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving productivity on site while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and delivery. You’ll be confident running day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specification.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supervising carpentry crews on site
• Managing daily site activities and workflow
• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinating materials, labour, and subcontractors
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Problem-solving on site and supporting the team with hands-on carpentry work when required
• Maintaining strong communication with project managers and stakeholders

• Proven experience in carpentry, with leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong ability to read plans and manage site work
• Solid understanding of building methods and site coordination
• Confident leading teams and driving productivity

• Reliable, organised, and practical approach to problem-solving
