From operating machinery on roading, trenching, and drainage work to supporting the wider crew on-site, no two days will be the same. What you’ll be doing:
- Operating heavy machinery on civil sites (excavators, loaders, rollers)
- Assisting with roading, drainage, trenching, and site works
- Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working safely alongside site crews to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for:
- WTR endorsements with Class 2–4 licence
- Solid civil construction experience (excavator operator or multi-skilled)
- ConstructSafe or Site Safe certification
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Good mechanical awareness and care for equipment
- Flexibility to work across the wider Manawatu region as required
