About the Role
No prior legal experience is required for this position. This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working with both data and customers.
Whether you have previous experience in administration, customer service, or another office-based role, this could be a great next step. Full training will be provided, including guidance on internal systems and platforms such as the Land Registry portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients, borrowers, and external parties via telephone
- Working towards monthly completion targets while maintaining high standards
- Identifying and resolving potential issues, escalating where necessary
- Managing inbound and outbound communications in line with service standards
- Updating case management systems accurately
- Interpreting redemption statements and search results
- Preparing and setting up files for completion
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Ideally, you will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and data entry abilities
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration, customer service, or office experience (desirable but not essential)
