The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a growing residential builder on a major new development in Walloon.
The project will consist of approximately 120 low-set detached homes, with homes being released in stages of 13 at a time.
With strong growth across the Brisbane market, there is also the opportunity for a second Site Supervisor to join the project as construction progresses.
Key Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a growing residential builder on a major new development in Walloon.
The project will consist of approximately 120 low-set detached homes, with homes being released in stages of 13 at a time.
With strong growth across the Brisbane market, there is also the opportunity for a second Site Supervisor to join the project as construction progresses.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction of low-set detached homes from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Manage construction schedules, quality control and site safety.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets required building standards.
- Monitor progress across multiple homes and ensure construction deadlines are met.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track.
- Previous experience supervising residential construction projects.
- Experience managing low-set detached homes or volume residential builds.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple homes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
- A proactive approach to site management, quality and safety.
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – essential.
