About the Role
  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day leadership and operations of the showroom
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Deliver a personalised showroom experience and tailored product solutions
  • Build genuine customer relationships and guide customers through their purchase
  • Drive sales performance and support the team to achieve targets
  • Maintain high showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Prepare customer quotations and process orders accurately
  • Assist with rostering, performance management and general store operations
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
About You
  • Previous retail leadership or Assistant Store Manager experience
  • Strong consultative sales and customer service experience
  • Confident in coaching, motivating and developing a team
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially focused and motivated by achieving sales results
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive, hands-on approach to leadership
