Be part of a supportive team in a newly acquired independent store with a fresh refurbishment underway. We're looking for an experienced Manager to support a busy supermarket that's known for its fresh food, quality products, and outstanding customer service.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team, keep the store running smoothly, and create a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the Doubleview store. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the business
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
  • Driving sales, productivity, and store presentation standards
  • Managing stock, merchandising, and inventory control
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across every department
  • Assisting with rostering, compliance, and store administration
  • Building strong relationships with local Myaree customers and the community
About You
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within supermarkets or grocery retail
  • A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for developing people
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm, organised, and motivated in a busy retail environment
  • A true passion for fresh food, quality products, and great customer service
