We are looking for reliable groundskeepers/porters to start as soon as possible. No experience necessary, but a huge plus!
Job Responsibilities of A Porter/Groundskeeper: • Painting inside and outside • Curb appeal, trash pickup, and power washing • Maintaining the grounds • Trashing out units • Assisting in light maintenance duties
Porter/Groundskeeper Job Requirements: • MUST be comfortable working outside • General cleaning, janitorial or labor experience. • Attention to detail • Porter/groundskeepers must have strong ability to work independently
