Shipping & Receiving Associate
Position Summary
We are looking for dependable Shipping & Receiving Associates to support warehouse and production operations. This role is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory management, loading and unloading materials, order preparation, and supporting production activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
Receive, inspect, and record inventory.
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
Prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Process shipments using ERP systems.
Assist with production, product filling, and material movement as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices.
Keep the work area clean and perform other duties as assigned.
