Shift:

• 6:00 AM-4:30PM
• 9:00AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: $20.00

What You'll Do

Production team members are the backbone of our operation. You will work alongside other crew members to build, pour, finish, and handle precast concrete products.

Daily Duties Include

• Setting up molds and forms for daily production
• Placing and tying rebar and reinforcing steel
• Pouring, consolidating, and finishing concrete
• Stripping and cleaning molds after production
• Operating basic hand tools and power tools
• Assisting with rigging, lifting, and moving materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working closely with supervisors and production leads

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work in a physically active, hands-on environment
• Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Dependability — strong attendance and punctuality are a must
• Willingness to learn and follow production and safety procedures
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete is helpful but not required
• Must be able to work safely and use PPE at all times
