Reporting directly to the CFO, this standalone leadership role offers the opportunity to shape people strategy, strengthen workplace culture, and provide trusted HR advice across operational and corporate teams.
Combining strategic initiatives with hands-on support, you'll play a key role in workforce planning, employee engagement, organisational development, and leadership coaching as the business continues to grow.

This role has genuine influence, combining strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support to drive engagement, capability, and performance.

The Opportunity

Human Resources & People Strategy
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop succession plans and talent development strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that reflect best practice.
- Support training, capability development, and performance review processes across the business.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support across performance management, coaching, and employee development.
- Manage employee relations matters, workplace issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, industrial relations requirements, and workplace policies.
- Support remuneration, benefits, and payroll-related HR processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and operational managers to provide practical HR advice.
- Support managers with leadership development, people management, and workforce challenges.
- Build strong relationships with external providers, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Champion a positive workplace culture focused on professionalism, collaboration, inclusion, and engagement.
We're seeking a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating at both a strategic and operational level.
You will bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR Advisor or HR Manager position.
- Demonstrated experience across recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, organisational development, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting managers within operational, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-disciplinary environments.
- Strong capability using Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
