Duties
In this role you will:

• Manage complex health law matters end-to-end
• Deliver timely, accurate and commercially focused advice to clients
• Guide clients through challenging and sensitive processes
• Appear at mediations, witness interviews, inquests and disciplinary hearings
• Build and strengthen client relationships
• Drive marketing and business development initiatives

Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:

• 3+ years PAE in Medical Negligence/Health Law defendant and/or plaintiff)
• Balanced judgment: aligning patient safety with practitioner needs, backed by strong technical and advisory skills
• Outstanding communicator: clear, confident written and oral skills
• Proactive networker: actively contributes to marketing and business development
• Collaborative team player: approachable, supportive, and willing to mentor others
• Highly organised: adept at managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
