Duties
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and commercial lease documentation
- Managing lease renewals, assignments, variations and surrenders
- Providing practical advice on leasing legislation, compliance and day-to-day property management issue
- Building and maintaining strong client relationship
- Assisting on broader property matters as required
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- 2–4 years PAE with demonstrated experience in leasing, particularly retail leasing
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pragmatic, client-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
