I am currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a reputable Tier 2 national developer builder delivering a circa $150M+ luxury residential tower on the Gold Coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national business with a strong and growing pipeline of projects across Southeast Queensland, offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.
You will operate as the sole site-based Safety Advisor on a large-scale high-rise project, partnering closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership. You will be supported by a collaborative and well-established HSEQ function, reporting directly to the HSE Manager.

The Role

- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- High-rise project experience is essential
- Confident working autonomously as the sole site safety representative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working within established systems while driving continuous improvement
- Salary package up to $200K(dependent on experience)
