About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as Company Secretary to the Board, the Chief Financial Officer is a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team who will contribute broadly to organisational leadership, strategy and decision-making. This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role requiring an executive who is committed to working collaboratively across the leadership team to shape organisational performance, culture and long-term success.

With responsibility spanning Finance, Risk & Governance, Security, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, the CFO will lead a diverse portfolio of corporate services functions that are critical enablers of the organisation's operations. Leading three direct reports and a broader team of 28 employees, the CFO will act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, providing strategic financial leadership, commercial insight and governance oversight in a complex and highly regulated environment.

A key focus of the role will be ensuring that Finance, Technology, Risk, Governance and Supply Chain operate as highly effective business partners to the organisation's operational and manufacturing teams. The CFO will drive performance, alignment and capability across these functions to provide the systems, controls, resources and support required to enable operational excellence, continuous improvement and the delivery of world-class products.

About You

You are a commercially astute and strategically minded finance executive with a track record of success operating in complex, operationally focused organisations. You bring broad leadership capability across corporate services functions and understand how to create value by ensuring support functions effectively enable frontline operations.

You are an enterprise leader who enjoys contributing as an active and engaged member of a high-performing executive team. Comfortable influencing at Board and executive level, you bring a collaborative leadership style, sound judgement and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. You have successfully led multidisciplinary teams encompassing finance and broader corporate services functions and understand how to balance robust governance, risk management and controls with a pragmatic, customer-focused approach that supports organisational performance and growth.
