We are currently recruiting for an exciting Store Manager opportunity in Albany with a well-established premium retail business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Managing day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising.
- Ensuring consistently high store presentation and operational standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales.
- Taking full accountability for the store and leading from the front.

- Previous Store Manager experience within a customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong commercial and sales acumen.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
- A hands-on and proactive approach to store management.

- The drive, energy and hunger to achieve and exceed targets.
- The confidence to take ownership and make decisions independently.
- $67,000 salary
- Monthly bonus incentive with additional earning potential for exceeding budget.
