About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of this busy, high-performing location.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be visible on the shop floor, leading from the front and creating an exceptional experience for both customers and your team.
You’ll be responsible for supporting team performance, maintaining operational standards, coaching and developing team members and stepping up to take ownership of the store when required.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring people together.

- Previous leadership experience within retail, hospitality, food or a similar customer-focused environment

- Confident leading, motivating and developing a large team
- Strong operational and commercial understanding
- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front

- $82,000–$86,000 salary + kiwisaver
- Sunday–Thursday roster
