We are currently seeking a Casual Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy NSW Industrial team based in Wetherill Park. About the Role:

As a Casual Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a critical role in supporting high-volume recruitment activities across a key client account. You will engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial screening through to onboarding, while ensuring compliance requirements are met and candidate records remain accurate.

This is a people-focused role requiring strong communication skills, confidence speaking with individuals and groups, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for a range of industrial and logistics roles
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
• Facilitate group information sessions and candidate onboarding activities
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and compliance documentation
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records across multiple recruitment platforms
• Support workforce mobilisation projects and high-volume hiring campaigns
• Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation
• Work collaboratively with onsite teams
• Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Assist with talent pooling and candidate attraction initiatives
• Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey

• Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
• Previous recruitment, administration, customer service, HR, hospitality, retail, or contact centre experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
