Job Duties:
-Gather, analyse, and translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, wireframes, and functional workflows
-Communicate with development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to design and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions
-Evaluate system performance to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
-Develop user guides, reports and training materials
-Prepare and conduct briefing / training sessions on IT systems
-Provide helpdesk support, vendor coordination, and ongoing stakeholder communication
-Perform any other assigned IT services or tasks as directed by the supervisor
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree in computer science or related subjects
-At least 3 years or above solid experience in IT application development and 2 years experience as similar capacity
-Must have knowledge on Agile /Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure)
-At least 3 years working experience in designing large-scale web / mobile application systems
-At least 3 years working experience in utilizing UI design tools such as Figma and Moqups
-At least 3 years business process modeling experience in large scale projects
-At least 1 year working experience in Government-related projects is highly recommended
-Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
-Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
-Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organised
-Immediate available is an advantage
