You will drive the core reliability and security of our IT infrastructure, directly impacting user operations through robust domain access control, proactive storage management, and high-availability backup systems. Operating as a pivotal member of the IT support team in Taikoo Shing, you will ensure seamless business continuity while optimizing disaster recovery readiness and maintaining full compliance across all hardware and software assets.

- Administer Active Directory user domain accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
- Perform folder capacity analysis and monitor storage utilization trends for proactive infrastructure planning.
- Design, implement, and test backup workflows and disaster recovery plans.
- Execute regular hardware and software stock takes for precise IT asset tracking and compliance.
- Maintain infrastructure availability using Veeam, SolarWinds, Hyper-V, and Exchange Servers.
- Work shift rotation, including night coverage, to support round-the-clock IT operations.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of overall IT experience, including 2 to 3 years specializing in IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on proficiency with Exchange Servers, Hyper-V, Veeam, and SolarWinds monitoring tools.
- Strong logical reasoning, troubleshooting capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capability to perform effectively both independently and within collaborative teams.
- Knowledge of networking principles and Linux environments as a advantageous asset.
