High-Ticket Closer (Remote)

Jayce Grayye Consulting is hiring Remote Inbound Sales Closers for one of our U.S.-based clients a fast-growing staffing and recruiting company that helps individuals find high-paying jobs and companies hire top talent offshore. No industry experience required. Just bring your hunger, discipline, and sales skills. This is a remote, full-time, high-performance closing position. You will work directly with qualified inbound leads, conducting structured discovery calls and closing deals using proven frameworks and scripts. This is NOT a setter or hybrid role. This is pure closing full focus on converting conversations into cash.

Responsibilities:

• Take 4–6 pre-booked sales calls per day with qualified leads

• Guide prospects through a structured discovery and sales process

• Use proven sales frameworks to handle objections, build urgency, and close confidently

• Manage your pipeline and CRM (notes, call tracking, stages) daily

• Follow up relentlessly via phone, email, DM, and SMS until the deal closes

• Participate in daily sales huddles, weekly training, and ongoing coaching

• Study recordings, track your metrics, and consistently improve your conversion rate

• Hit and exceed monthly targets to qualify for top-tier commissions

💰 Compensation Structure

Month 1: Training & Ramp-Up

• Base Salary: none
• Advance option (if needed): $2,000 USD draw against commission

You’ll be fully trained, onboarded, and supported as you get ramped up with scripts, systems, and calls.

Month 2 and Beyond: Commission-Only

• Base salary: none
• Tiered Commission Plan:
• 9% of revenue collected: $1 – $35,000/month
• 10% of revenue collected: $35,001 – $60,000/month
• 12.5% of revenue collected: $60,001+/month

💼 Average OTE (On-Target Earnings): $9k/month 💸 Top closers earn $120K – $150K+ per year with consistency

💵 Commissions are paid bi-weekly or monthly, your choice.

This position will require hard work and dedication to learn the life skills and personal skills to be great at this job. This job is not for the weak or those who are looking to put in as little effort as possible. Members on our team work out each day, go through personal development, have call reviews, journal, and meditate on how to get better. In other words, this is a professional sales team environment where we push personal development and growth.
