Design & Build are seeking an experienced and adaptable Construction Supervisors to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, and modular builds across Brisbane. These role's offers flexibility with short-term and long-term contract opportunities, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple project types
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and/or modular construction processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying contract durations
  • QBCC Supervisor License
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Relevant certifications and tickets (e.g., White Card, First Aid, etc.)
