Order Expeditor

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders by coordinating picking, packing, and staging for shipment.
• Prepare and maintain shipping paperwork, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Inspect completed orders to ensure products and paperwork are accurate before shipment or customer pickup.
• Schedule and communicate with transportation carriers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas while following company safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory control by reporting discrepancies and supporting accurate stock levels.
• Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
