Box Crew

We are currently seeking a dependable and self motivated individual for an immediate Warehouse Box Crew Member opening in the Sandusky area. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with consistent hours and the potential for overtime during peak season.

The Warehouse Box Crew Member is responsible for maintaining warehouse efficiency by breaking down and processing cardboard materials while keeping the work area organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Break down cardboard boxes for recycling or disposal

• Stack flattened boxes onto pallet jacks

• Load cardboard into the baler machine

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift

• Flexibility to work overtime with little or no advance notice

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
