Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) – 1st Shift

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Quality Inspector Lead (ITA) to join our client's Arlington operations on 1st Shift, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM. This role is critical to maintaining strong day-to-day inspection execution, quality oversight, and leadership support on the production floor.

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 6 days per week

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment

• 2-3 years of team leadership experience

• Strong understanding of quality inspection principles, calibration, measurement techniques, and control of non-conforming material

• Hands-on experience with precision inspection tools, including calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gauges

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality data reporting

• Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attendance, punctuality, and organizational/analytical/mathematical abilities

• Ability to effectively lead and monitor inspection teams in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:
Factory/manufacturing environment with significant walking and standing throughout the shift. Must adhere to all safety and quality requirements and be consistently available for the assigned shift.
