About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow specialist to take ownership of platform operations, support and governance in a large enterprise environment. This is a delivery-focused contract role with strong autonomy and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Manage core platform administration (users, roles, access, jobs, notifications, MID Server)
- Provide Level 2 support (incident triage, troubleshooting, minor enhancements)
- Drive release and change management across environments
- Maintain security controls (RBAC, ACLs, data access)
- Own platform health (performance, errors, data quality, tech debt)
- Lead upgrades and patching (impact assessment, testing, validation)
- Support integrations (monitoring, errors, vendor coordination)
- Deliver operational governance, documentation and reporting
About you
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ServiceNow platforms
- Proven experience across support, admin, and platform operations
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and governance frameworks
- Experience with upgrades, integrations and environment management
- Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously
Highly regarded
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)
- Experience in regulated or large-scale environments
