The Company
Our client is a well-established Government organisation committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and making it easier for customers to access Government services.

They are currently seeking motivated Call Centre Officers to join their high-performing and dynamic team in an exciting contract opportunity through to 2 December 2026, based in Parramatta with hybrid working arrangements available.

Successful candidates will work across a rotating roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm, with the contract due to commence on 3 June 2026.


The Job
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Respond to enquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Accurately process customer applications and data within required timeframes using relevant systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and feedback.
  • Provide effective administrative support, including data entry, word processing and spreadsheet use.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support team operations.

You

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:
  • Minimum six months’ experience in a contact centre or high-volume processing environment.
  • Experience working in the government sector is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with strong attention to detail
