The Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital channel-related inquiries, working closely with frontline teams to provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate and manage technology incidents, partnering with technical teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify recurring trends and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate the rollout of new features and functionalities for the mobile banking platform, working closely with Product Owners, Business teams, and Technology partners to ensure successful delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Product/Business Analysis roles in Banks
- Experience supporting digital banking platforms, mobile applications, or online customer journeys is highly desirable
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
