This role sits within a pricing team and supports the Manager in handling quotation requests, delivering fast and accurate pricing to customers, and helping develop pricing strategies to improve competitiveness, contribution, and market share.

This role sits within a pricing team and supports the Manager in handling quotation requests, delivering fast and accurate pricing to customers, and helping develop pricing strategies to improve competitiveness, contribution, and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales quotation requests quickly and accurately in line with commercial targets
- Support tariff setting and development of competitive pricing proposals
- Assist with market, customer, and competitor analysis
- Help drive tactical pricing initiatives based on market conditions
- Manage non-standard quotations as required
- Ensure fast speed-to-market and strong quote turnaround times
- Monitor pricing performance (discounts, strike rates, tariffs)
- Own weekly/monthly reporting (volume, revenue, utilisation, CTA) using Excel/Power BI
- Analyse performance vs targets and highlight risks and opportunities
- Support preparation of QBR decks and internal reporting
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Translate data into actionable insights to support sales and pricing decisions
- Degree in Business, Economics, Maritime or related field (fresh grads welcome)
- Ideally someone with experience in shipping, logistics, or commercial roles
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Power BI proficiency
- Good commercial awareness and communication skills
