Product Technical Leader Electronic

PRIMINARY MISSION ( RFI / RFQ/P1/P0):
Product Technical Leader Electronic is accountable for the deliverables of his network due to ensure the success of customer projects.
He is the Electronic Product INTERFACE between Customer and the Electronics Network at Project Level: Electronic Design Leader (EDL) / System Engineer (SE) located in the Development Center (DC).

Scope includes:

• HW architecture & SW & EMC & Function Safety
• Compliance to A-SPICE System Eng. Process
• Specification: Responsible for Collecting/ Dispatching /Clarifying & Explaining / Negotiating Specifications
• Change Management: Responsible for Managing Customer change request between OEM and SE & EDL
• Customer Milestones: Responsible of Customer Milestones & Delivery linked to SW & HW

SECONDARY MISSION ( C.O Business & Development):
He is the Promoter of Wiper Electronic motor at Japanese OEMs ( Business and Development point of view):

• Create and re Inforce the Customer Intimacy
• Customer Voice into the Organization
• Lobbying at Customer // Benchmark to share within the organization

Main responsibilities

Perimeter of mission is to address the Japanese OEMs in Japan by Promoting and explaining new technologies linked to electronic wiper motor to JPN OEM ( PRE RFQ / RFQ Phase).

During project development, responsible of the Customer Communication and Strategy along the Electronic development teams direction located in the development sites: EDL & SE.

His RESPONSIBILITY consists of the following

• Customer Requirements & Specifications gathering and analysis– if not existing build the Customer Requirements & Specifications.=> KEY ACTIVITY
• Clarify / Share / Explain Customer Requirements & Specifications to development team
• Negotiate (if needed) Specification with Customer for the best interest.
• Manage Customer Requirements & Specifications changes and traceability along A-SPICE SYST. ENG. Process
• Insure Timing consistency between Customer Milestone & V cycle (along EDL and SE directions) to meet the Customer deadlines.
• Translate documents necessary for development in English while only available in Japanese to share with development team.
• Communicate to Customer about HW, SW and EMC & Function Safety matters along EDL & SE directions.
• Insure Communication consistency with PTL Resident at Customer and PTL at DC. ( at Project Level)
• Participating in tests with customer during development/predevelopment along Test Plan with Support of DC & Metier: participation of the Calibration of wiper system as like to Specifications (expected)

His support consist of the following:

• Participating in Quality & Warranty pre-analysis when necessary. ( Gamba / Problem Solving / 5Whys)
• Benchmark and competitive watch on Japanese market on Wiper System electronics. ( Product / Road Map / Market trend / at Competitors level & JOEM)
   

Requirements

Master's Degree in Electronics - System with general knowledge of HW and SW and basic knowledge of mechanics.

The Electronic System Engineer must be familiar with the following:

• LIN network and associated Vector tools (CANoe/CANister/CANcase)
• A-SPICE PROCESS
• Doors -- Matlab/Simulink—( dSPACE is a plus)
• Functional Analysis, System FMEA – FTA & Problem Solving
• ISO 26262

Professional Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in design Automotive Electronic, embedded systems, transportation industry
• More than 5 years of experience in electronic development SW & or HW.
• Experience in a complete electronic project in automotive industry from RFQ to SOP appreciated.
• Familiar with Worldwide organizations.

Language:

• Japanese Fluent (Written and spoken)
• English very good level (Written and spoken) as Clear and Synthetic Communication needed worldwide sites.
• Chinese or French or German knowledge appreciated
