We are seeking an experienced Senior Culture & Organisation Development Lead to drive organisational culture, leadership capability, and strategic change across a large, purpose-driven organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational transformation by designing and delivering initiatives that strengthen leadership, enhance workforce capability, improve employee engagement, and foster an inclusive, psychologically safe, high-performing workplace.
Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert advice on organisational development, change management, leadership development, organisational design, and culture initiatives that support long-term strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisation-wide culture and change initiatives that support strategic transformation.
- Design and deliver leadership development and workforce capability programs.
- Build behavioural capability frameworks that strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert organisational development and change advice.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that improve readiness, resilience, and engagement.
- Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Enhance employee experience through engagement surveys, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development initiatives.
- Manage multiple strategic projects while ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
About You
You are a collaborative and influential Organisational Development professional with extensive experience leading culture and change initiatives in complex organisations.
You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in organisational development, culture transformation, and strategic change.
- Proven success designing and facilitating leadership development and capability programs.
- Strong knowledge of organisational design, behavioural capability frameworks, and employee engagement.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives using recognised methodologies such as Prosci, BCM, PCI, or similar.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing into organisational practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Qualifications in Organisational Development, Leadership, Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
