The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following mission.
Job Description
• Expand the sales revenue of the appointed JOEM account
• Sales activities including acquisition of new award programs for JOEM account
• Planning of sales strategy
• Work closely with the relevant departments in the company (program team, purchasing, production, R&D, etc.) to ensure smooth business development.
• Manage serial production to ensure a smooth continued positive customer relationship.
• Be the Point of Contact for JOEM customer on all aspects of serial production.
Requirements

1. University degree: Engineering or Business related
2. Knowledge of the vehicle development cycle and processes
3. Experience of the RFI/RFQ process
4. Fluent English and native Japanese
5. Automotive sales experience of at least 3 years
6. Sales experience of mechanical products, mechatronics is an advantage
7. Knowledge of JOEM business processes and business culture.
