AI VP Sales / AI Sales Director

We are looking for an exceptional leader  to lead multiple specialist AI sales teams aligned to an assigned territory or business unit. Your teams (pods) will consist of sales executives, technical architects and services specialists to pursue complex AI opportunities from initial engagement through to solution development and commercial close. We need sopmeone with enough expereince of AI to be able to coach and lead their teams across AI infrastructure, GPU computing, cloud, data, AI platforms, enterprise AI and AI-enabled services opportunities.

You will:

  • Lead 2–3 specialist AI sales teams, owning pipeline, revenue, forecasting, margins and overall sales performance.
  • Build, coach and develop high-performing sales teams, driving strong pipeline generation, deal progression and commercial discipline.
  • Personally lead strategic enterprise pursuits, executive engagements, complex proposals and high-value negotiations.
  • Partner closely with technical, services, delivery and major technology partners to develop and win complex AI, cloud, infrastructure and data opportunities.
  • Build senior customer relationships while helping shape and scale the broader AI go-to-market and sales strategy

You will need:

  • 12+ years’ enterprise technology sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Strong background across AI, cloud, data, GPU, infrastructure, enterprise software or advanced technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions to large enterprise customers and engage confidently with CIOs, CTOs and senior executives.
  • Experience working with technology partners, OEMs, hyperscalers and/or specialist vendors in a co-selling or matrix environment.
  • Commercially driven player-coach with strong pipeline discipline, executive presence and the ability to build and scale a specialist AI sales function.
This role will suit a commercially driven sales leader who can build teams, create pipeline, lead complex enterprise pursuits and engage confidently with C-suite and senior technology executives.
