Account Manager - Insurance Broking

We are partnering with a growing brokerage who are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of industries, delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients across various industry sectors.
• Provide professional advice on general insurance products and risk solutions.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, policy placements, and day-to-day servicing activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare insurance program reviews, submissions, and renewal strategies.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through cross-selling and referral generation.
• Assist clients with policy interpretation, claims advocacy, and risk management discussions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with broking, claims, and support teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

  
About You:

• Tier 1 qualified with minimum 5 years broking experience
• Exposure to construction, transport, manufacturing or other commercial sectors will be highly regarded.
• Sound understanding of commercial insurance products.
• Client-focused with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service and long-term client outcomes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
