Temp Sales Support, Boca Raton

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Temp Sales Support to join the team in Boca Raton, FL onsite in their retail boutique.

This is a full-time temporary position starting ASAP for 1 month assignment with potential to extend. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Drive sales performance by achieving monthly goals, maximizing each stage of the selling process, and delivering an elevated luxury client experience.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through personalized outreach, appointments, clienteling, product recommendations, styling, and wardrobing.
• Develop strong product and brand knowledge while staying current on fashion trends, competitors, and client preferences to provide informed recommendations.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, product standards, store organization, and collaboration with the team to achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Previous luxury retail and customer service experience, with an existing client book preferred.
• Exceptional clienteling and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver a sophisticated luxury experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (unless otherwise noted by client) and the ability to stand for duration of shift.

Salary: $22/hour
