Technical Recruiter

Our client, a high-growth, dynamic SaaS company, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and technical talent. This is a temporary position with an indefinite timeline, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. The role is hybrid (Tues-Thurs on-site) in Mountain View, CA and is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and is passionate about identifying and attracting top technical talent.

Job Duties Include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structures, and talent requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates
• Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent through innovative sourcing methods
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Coordinate and guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop competitive offers and support hiring decisions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up
• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes
• Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness and talent acquisition strategies

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a technology-driven or high-growth environment
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals
• Strong understanding of technical roles, talent markets, and sourcing strategies
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience leveraging recruiting data and metrics to drive results
• Passion for technology, innovation, and emerging trends preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment preferred

Pay: $60 - $70/hr
