Capstone are proud to be partnering with an organisation who are going through significant transformation and currently require a Senior Business Analyst to deliver Business Continuity Planning and IT Infrastructure initiatives. This role is crucial within the wider EPMO and will provide subject matter expertise in the development of BCP strategies and infrastructure decommissioning.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension(s) at the conclusion of the initial duration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery, impact assessment, and business analysis activities across the entire project lifecycle, including functional and non-functional requirement gathering with a particular focus on Business Continuity Planning and IT Infrastructure decommissioning.
- Own and facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities, bringing stakeholders on the delivery journey and influencing outcomes.
- Work with technical, infrastructure, and risk teams to develop process maps, BRDs, models, solution design, and requirements traceability to ensure the delivered solutions are fit-for-purpose and compliant.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of business analysis practices, standard, and tools through the PMO, including testing and validation activities (e.g. acceptance criteria definition, UAT, validation).
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis positions delivering Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, or IT Infrastructure transition, transformation, or decommissioning projects.
- Relevant technical knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, with substantial experience in BCP and IT Infrastructure projects.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence outcomes in an environment going through significant change, meanwhile creating and maintaining top-notch documentation.
