Your New Role:

You’ll work in close partnership with the Store Manager, helping drive performance across sales, team development, operations and customer experience. This is a hands-on Deputy leadership role where you’ll be visible on the floor, lead from the front and step up confidently to run the store when required.

You’ll coach and develop the team, support performance conversations and help build a culture of accountability, energy and high standards. With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll understand the story behind the KPIs, respond to trade and help turn insights into action while creating genuine connections with customers and the wider local community.

The Experience Checklist:

• 2+ years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion or lifestyle retail
• A strong people leader who thrives on coaching, developing and supporting a team
• Commercially minded with a solid understanding of KPIs, sales performance and store budgets
• Confident supporting daily operations including rostering, stock and trade management
• Hands-on and passionate about delivering an engaging, high-energy customer experience
• A natural communicator with the ability to build relationships and lead with impact
