The Opportunity

As Boutique Manager, you will take ownership of a flagship location, leading a passionate team while building and maintaining long-standing client relationships. This is a role where leadership, client experience, and commercial performance come together in a meaningful and rewarding way.


Your Impact & Responsibilities 
  • Client Experience & Relationships
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with a loyal VIP client base, delivering personalised, thoughtful service that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    Lead, mentor, and support a small, engaged team. Create a positive, high-performance culture where people feel motivated, supported, and proud of their contribution.
  • Commercial Performance
    Drive boutique performance through strong KPI execution, clienteling, and locally tailored initiatives that support sustained growth.
  • Operational & Visual Standards
    Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence across stock management, store presentation, and visual merchandising in line with brand expectations.
