Davidson is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support process mapping, documentation and governance across their People function.


This is an excellent opportunity for a BA with a strong HR process background to join a priority initiative and help create clear, future-ready processes across a complex stakeholder environment.


About the Role
As the Business Analyst, you will support the analysis and documentation of current-state HR processes, with a particular focus on the recruitment module within SAP SuccessFactors.

You will work closely with HR functional teams to understand existing processes, facilitate workshops, document process flows and support the development of governance practices that will help ensure future changes are managed effectively.


This role will require someone who can bring structure, clarity and confidence to the business, while engaging stakeholders and gaining buy-in across a broad range of teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking analysis of current HR and People function processes
  • Mapping and documenting current-state processes across HR functional teams
  • Supporting process analysis relating to the recruitment module in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate processes
  • Documenting existing processes, governance requirements and improvement opportunities
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure future process changes are set up effectively
  • Supporting clear governance practices across process documentation and change
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and gaining buy-in across the People functions


About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in HR processes, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.

You will be confident working with functional teams, facilitating workshops and documenting processes in a clear and practical way. You will also bring a governance mindset and the ability to support business teams through current-state analysis and future change readiness.


You will bring:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience across process analysis and process mapping
  • Strong HR, People or Human Resources process background
  • Experience documenting current-state processes and governance requirements
  • Exposure to HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with recruitment modules or recruitment-related HR processes highly regarded
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders and gain business buy-in
  • Strong written documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment across Melbourne or Sydney
