Apply directHIRING! are a passionate Sales and Marketing Leader! if so, we would like to speak to you. the sales and marketing director is responsible for driving occupancy, developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and implementing effective marketing strategies for 2 locations with a total of 96-beds in the assisted living industry. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the community meets its occupancy and revenue goals by promoting the facility's services to prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and maintain occupancy targets.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents, families, and referral sources, showcasing the benefits of the community.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, providing comprehensive and empathetic information about the facility and services.
• Maintain a robust database of leads, manage follow-ups, and nurture relationships to convert prospects into residents.
Marketing & Branding
• Create and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the facility’s unique features and services.
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to design promotional materials, online content, and advertisements.
• Oversee the community’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and review sites.
• Plan and execute on-site and off-site events to engage the community and attract potential residents.
Relationship Building
• Build and sustain relationships with key referral sources, such as healthcare providers, case managers, discharge planners, and senior living advisors.
• Attend networking events, expos, and community outreach activities to promote the facility and generate leads.
• Act as the primary liaison between the community and prospective residents’ families, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed.
Market Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local demand for assisted living services.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing sales activities, conversion rates, and occupancy statistics for leadership.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to adjust marketing and sales strategies as needed.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the Administrator/Executive Director, Care Team, and other departments to ensure alignment on resident needs and facility goals.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss occupancy goals, sales performance, and upcoming marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular reports to CEO regarding sales achievements and status of interested prospects
• Provide direction and support staff in achieving and exceeding the community’s sales and move-in goals: trains managers to give tours and work closely with maintenance on make-readies.
This is a fulltime career position, offering a salary range of $85,000-$100,000 base plus bonus plan. You are paid a bonus each time you fill an occupancy (new resident moves in).
Company pays a portion of premiums for healthcare insurance. PTO, Holiday Pay and Sick Pay.
