MCD Application Engineer for Measurement, Calibration, and Diagnostics Solutions 

職務内容

*　イータス製品において計測及び適合に特化した実践的な知識の取得・維持に努める。
*　顧客が抱える問題解決のために最適化したソリューションを提供するため、顧客のアプリケーションの理解。
*　地域における製品リリース（CDの準備、アナウンスメントレター、オンライン・ヘルプのドキュメンテーションその他）に対する準備を含むETAS製品のベータ・テストの実施。
*　技術支援、トラブルシューティング、コーチング、およびトレーニングを通してポストセールスサイクルをサポート。
*　顧客からのコンタクト（電話、e-mail）の最初の窓口となり、受けたコールやサポート依頼など、クローズとなるまで責任を持つ。
*　ローカルのセールスチームや国内外の関係者との連携をを緊密にし、セールスチャネルの開発を行う。

・ Acquire and maintain a hands-on knowledge of the complete ETAS product line with a focus on measurement and calibration tools.
・ Beta testing of ETAS products including preparation for local product release (CD preparation, Japanese customer letters, announcement letters, online help documentation etc.)
・ Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the customer applications and use cases. Utilize this understanding for enhancing the customer’s efficiency and for providing optimized solutions to customer issues.
・ Support the post-sales cycle through technical assistance, trouble shooting, coaching, and training.
・ Act as the first contact for all customer support calls / contacts. Track customer calls and ensure a timely closure of these calls.
・ Work with local sales organization to ensure a coordinated and cumulative development of sales channels

応募資格

*　技術系の学位保持者。自動車業界関連もしくは技術系の組み込みシステムにおける最低3年の実務経験。
*　車載又は産業機器関連のソフトウェアの開発、ユースケースの経験又は知識をお持ちの方。
*　制御工学とシステム・ダイナミクスに理解があること。
*　セルフスターターで優れた企業家精神や高い責任感をお持ちの方。
*　顧客、多文化で構成される社内チームに対し、優れた対人関係構築ができる方。
*　プレゼンテーションスキル、英語力、継続して行う自己研鑽などのスキルをお持ちの方。
*　国内外の顧客訪問のための出張に抵抗のない方。
　　（特に弊社宇都宮事務所での長期勤務にも抵抗が無い方歓迎。勤務体系は応相談）

・ Engineering degree and at least 3 years of working experience in engineering of embedded systems or automotive electronics
・ Understanding of control engineering, system dynamics, and good programming skills
・ Automotive software development and use-case know-how
・ Distinct sense of responsibility, quality, entrepreneurial mindset, and high degree of assertiveness
・ Excellent interpersonal & intercultural skills are required for customer interaction and internal cross-functional teamwork
・ Good presentation skills, conduct of English, and strong desire for continuous self-improvement
・ High willingness for traveling to customers in Japan and occasional international business trips 
(It requires frequent trip expecially to Utsnomiya)
