Senior Account Manager - CRM

A leading independent creative agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its growing customer engagement team, bringing together strong ideas, smart use of data and thoughtful digital delivery.

The client portfolio spans much-loved confectionery, luxury retail, automotive, technology and transport brands. Plenty of variety, with scope to make customer communications feel as considered and creative as the wider brand work.

• Reporting to a Business Director, the SAM will work closely with strategists, creatives and producers across customer strategy, journey mapping and campaigns spanning personalised video, email, websites, social and online content.
• They’ll own the day-to-day running of projects, build trusted client relationships and keep briefs, feedback, budgets and timings clear.
• There’s room to contribute beyond delivery: shaping briefs, discussing strategy, challenging creative work constructively and spotting opportunities to develop accounts.
• The right person will bring solid agency account management experience, a strong digital background and a good understanding of CRM, data and customer journeys.
• They’ll be confident presenting, comfortable managing several projects and interested in both the creative idea and the detail needed to make it happen.
• Looking for someone super ambitious and top of their game, this role would suit someone creatively curious but also practical and collaborative, with the confidence to offer a view and the initiative to keep things moving.
