We are seeking a Change Support Officer to join a large-scale transformation program delivering modern technology solutions and replacing legacy systems. This role is suited to someone with strong coordination and organisational skills who is looking to build or expand their experience supporting change initiatives across multiple projects. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of change activities, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training activities
- Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and track actions
- Maintain documentation, registers, and change schedules
- Support reporting, dashboards, and status updates
- Assist with change impact assessments and readiness tracking
- Support the development and distribution of communications and training materials
- Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies across activities
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or change support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagement sessions
- High attention to detail across documentation and tracking
- Experience supporting reporting activities and dashboards
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience supporting change management or transformation programs
- Exposure to ICT or system implementation projects
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, or Microsoft Planner
