Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance across sales, people, operations and customer experience. You’ll be a hands-on leader who inspires your team, drives results and ensures the store consistently reflects the brand’s values and standards.

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Be actively involved on the shop floor, supporting customers and leading from the front.
• Manage all day-to-day store operations including rosters, wages, stock and visual standards.
• Create a positive, accountable team culture where people feel supported and proud of their work.
• Monitor store performance, identify trends and take action to maximise opportunities.
• Ensure visual merchandising and presentation are always on brand and commercially strong.
• Work closely with Head Office to implement promotions, training and brand initiatives.
• Champion a premium customer experience that keeps customers coming back.

The Experience Checklist:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• A strong people leader with a passion for coaching, development and succession planning.
• Sales-driven and commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and budgets.
• Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on and energetic, thriving in a customer-facing leadership role.
• Experience within a high-volume shopping centre environment will be highly regarded.
