Our client is a national legal business who deliver for enterprise clients nationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, supportive team joining another part time LA to job share.
The Role
This is a part-time, job-share Legal Assistant position working 2-3 days per week, with 1 day from home. The role works specifically Wednesday to Friday (no flexibility on these days), job-sharing with another LA who covers Monday to Tuesday.
You'll be supporting a team of 3 partners (1 based in Adelaide).

Day to day you'll:
- Provide calendar and meeting coordination support
- Provide legal assistant support from document management, to client liaising
- AML and compliance matters
- Manage handover processes with your job-share partner
- Billings, document management
- Prior legal administrationr or strong admin experience
- Strong organisational skills and reliability, given the structured job-share arrangement
- Comfort working autonomously is very important
- Familiarity with AML/compliance processes (highly regarded, not essential)
- Circa $100k package, pro rata
