The Opportunity

 We’re partnering with a high-profile ASX-listed Australian business that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume AP portfolio across suppliers and subcontractors
  • Process and code invoices and subcontractor claims
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Manage AP queries and liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with month-end, audit and wider finance tasks as required
About You
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a full-function Accounts Payable role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Can start immediately
