MACHINE / MIXER OPERATOR

Location: Orrville, Ohio
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely operate production machinery and mixing equipment.
  • Follow all safety rules, procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications.
  • Perform quality checks and tests to ensure products meet requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Consistent hours.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Previous machine operator, mixer operator, or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is a plus.
  • Steel-toed boots required.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime.
