What You’ll Do

• Hit the phones: 100+ dials per day (all inbound, no cold calling)
• Convert at a 30%+ close rate
• Close $3,500+ weekly in policies
• Run the full sales cycle, consult, pitch, close, repeat
• Build and manage your own pipeline like a pro
• Thrive in a high-octane, competitive culture where only the strong survive

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales closing experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a high-volume environment
• An active life license or the ability to obtain one
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication skills — able to connect, build trust, and guide clients to decisions
• Ability to handle objections calmly and pivot effectively mid-conversation
• Self-motivated and accountable — you take ownership of your pipeline and results
• Availability and flexibility to engage leads across morning, evening, and weekend windows
• Coachable mindset — you embrace feedback and are committed to continuous improvement
• Genuine care for clients paired with focus on delivering results
• Collaborative spirit — you contribute to a team culture of shared success

What It Takes to Crush It

• 1+ year of closing experience with $1M+ in annual revenue generated (proof required)
• Obsession with winning, you don’t just want the sale, you want the leaderboard
• Ability to think fast under pressure and flip objections into closes

• Coachable, but confident in your craft
• Independent, disciplined, and self-motivated
