Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Has actually done product design work himself (not just test and validate, or `design messenger` between customer and overseas office
- Able to work independently, doesn`t wait to be told what to do on technical things
- MUST be Japanese person (low English is OK)
- Age - can be up to 50
