Regional FP&A Manager (≤65k, Business Partnering, MNC)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple APAC markets.
• Deliver meaningful management reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Support regional growth initiatives, investment evaluations, and business expansion projects.
• Participate in cross-functional projects including business transformation, operational improvement, and market development initiatives.
• Build financial models and business cases to support commercial opportunities and strategic decisions.
• Provide support on M&A activities, investment analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration projects.
• Monitor key business drivers, profitability, cost performance, and working capital across the region.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial governance.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, strategic finance, or related functions.
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Experience supporting business transformation, market expansion, investment evaluation, M&A, or other strategic initiatives is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in hospitality, aviation, travel, retail, consumer, F&B, leisure, or other customer-focused, multi-site operations environments are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
